Commission for the Safety Coordination in design and execution phases for a new building composed by two six-floor volumes including an underground garage and a training center/auditorium. The construction of the building has faced the problem of the subsoil water massive presence and the energy consumption saving exploiting the most advanced technologies. From the excavations for the foundation’s construction to the positioning of the furniture it passed about two and a half years.
