The firm was appointed for the renovation of an apartment to be developed in two different phases: the first temporary one was needed to adapt the spaces in order to host the owners at the beginning; the second phase was way more extreme and it concerned a complete renovation, including a different interior space layout and its related systems and technological compliances. The first phase concerned a refurbishment work, the spaces set-up with both new and temporary furniture, the serving area renovation and little modification to two out of four existing bathrooms. The second phase, which is today in progress on its design part, is going to involve the whole apartment, finishes and furniture.
