The client, a well-known leather goods luxury brand, needed to reorganize its Varese production site, to update it and make it suitable for new work procedures and technical and regulatory requirements. Both the interior and exterior areas of the building have been completely changed according to a new layout, all the systems have been integrated or replaced and a new location has been found for existing and new work machinery. New spaces for the employees, changing rooms, canteen and renovated offices have been designed. The firm was tasked with managing and coordinating the entire process, receiving a complete assignment: from feasibility studies, Local Authority Building Consents and Procedures, through systems, structural, architectural and furniture design, Construction Supervision and Safety Coordination.
