For some clients, in the wake of a consolidated collaboration, or for new operators, companies or individuals, we carry out investigation activities and consequent evaluations for the development of real estate operations. The consultancy concerns both the redevelopment of individual real estate units and the recovery and transformation of entire buildings. The assignment is divided into the recovery and interpretation of the documentation relating to the object on which one would like to intervene and continues by developing various hypotheses, at a building and economic level, in order to identify the most suitable solution for the client's requests.
