Next to the intervention in via Melchiorre Gioia 177, our studio iwas asked to continue enhancing the area by introducing a new residential volume that harmonises with the one already being completed. The project was designed so that it can be physically connected to the adjacent building, giving new users the opportunity to use the gardens, parking lots and common functions. The building has six floors above ground and a basement for a garage. The street front, in continuity with that of the existing building, reconstructs a fragmented curtain with a single and integrated design. Our studio, besides overseeing all the planning and authorisation aspects, dealt with the construction phase.
