After feasibility study (technical, urban and economic), passing through all the design scales and the Works Management, the studio supported an operator for the development of an Ex B2 area. The result was the construction of a new residential building with seven floors above ground with an underground garage. The twenty-four real estate units, the common areas, the garden and the service areas have been treated in detail for demanding end customers. Great attention was paid to all aspects related to eco-compatibility, energy efficiency and the well-being of end users.
