Commission for Architest - Milan. The commission involved the drafting of the Local Authority Building Consents and Procedures, including Fire Prevention Authorization, and the Construction Supervision for a new tertiary and industrial settlement in Pero. The project involved two office buildings, a training center, an underground garage and the renovation of two office and storage buildings. The execution phase has been supported by Michelin S.p.a. which has established the headquarters of its Italian commercial management in the area. The duration of the works was approximately three years.
