Our studio had the role of general contractor company and the related consequent assignments. The assignment was aimed at the demolition of some buildings and the construction of a new building, largely prefabricated, for commercial use, consisting of a floor for a supermarket and services, a floor for systems and logistics and two floors for an underground garage. In addition, we have been appointed Project Managers for all the urbanization works, which included the formation of some roundabouts and the arrangement of the roads near the commercial center and the exit of the Vicenza ring road. The activity was carried out daily by our permanent staff at the site.
