Thanks to consolidated relationships with some condominium administrations, for which consultancy activities are routinely carried out, our studio has been commissioned to deal with the arrangement, adaptation or enhancement of entire properties. Depending on the need of the intervention, activities were carried out related to both the design and obtaining of building permits and the construction site phases with tasks of construction supervision and safety coordination. In cases where the context required it, a careful recovery and arrangement of the existing building was carried out; in other cases, however, the entire building was revisited in order to modernise it and adapt it to current performance and aesthetic standards.
