During the construction of a new building, new construction or renovation, in particular for residential buildings, the need often arises to adapt the new real estate units to the housing and aesthetic needs of the buyers. Our studio takes care of supporting customers for the design and management of variants to the original project and the technical verification of their feasibility. This activity then flows into the drafting of the updates of the construction site executive drawings and the monitoring and verification of what is being done. This activity is carried out for projects already in charge of our charge but also for third party sites.
